- " The Loxjie A30 is an attractive, solid performance with excellent measured and subjective sound quality. Inclusion of a USB DAC and Coax/Toslink input eliminates the need for a DAC for less clutter "
Test By MacFay Hardware
... the Loxjie A30 reconciles with the idea of an all-in-one device and surely establishes itself as the reference in this price range and may even overcome some higher-end competitors as its services are homogeneous and straight to the point.
Infineon Merus MA12070 amplifier
The amplification circuit is based on an Infineon Merus MA12070 chip. This allows to develop a consequent power of 2x80W under 4Ω, while ensuring a very low distortion, an excellent efficiency and a complete protection system.
The chip's power management algorithm automatically adjusts switching frequency and modulation to limit power loss and EMI interference.
Subwoofer output
The A30 has a subwoofer output on RCA connector. It is thus possible to use the amplifier to power a 2.1 system and enjoy a rich reproduction with deep bass.
Bluetooth
Convenient, the Loxjie A30 allows you to receive your audio files remotely, in Bluetooth, directly from your smartphone. The Bluetooth 5.0 standard combined with the aptX protocol allows for a stable and high quality transmission.
EQ Mode
To suit your listening style and your audio system, the A30 offers no less than 7 preset equalizers as well as a customizable equalizer. The bass and treble levels can be adjusted in 1dB steps from -10dB to +10dB.
Complete connection system
The A30 has full connectivity to integrate with the vast majority of audio systems. The A30 has stereo RCA, Coaxial, Optical and Micro USB inputs. This last input supports sample rates up to PCM 32bit 384kHz. On the output side, there are speaker terminals on the back and a 6.35mm headphone output on the front.

Works great, sounds good, sips electricity compared to my old amplifier. I use it on my desktop PC for stereo speakers.A HUGE gripe though, is it emits massive ammounts of RF interference accross ALL HF frequencies. It's so strong I don't even need an antenna connected to my SDR radio and it looks like broadcast AM stations evenly spread occross the HF frequencies.I'm probably going to keep using it and will try to reduce the interference with ferrite chokes. But, its still not a good thing that it's emitting this much RF signal. If you have any sort of a privacy/opsec concern, you could likely pick up and listen to exactly what you're listening on your speakers if you're using this amplifier.
I had to turn up the treble +7dB in order to get it to sound decent. Even then, there is still a somewhat muffled, veiled quality to the sound. I don’t think it sounds as good as other reviews have claimed. Then again, I was previously using an Adcom GFA-555, so not a fair comparison. Still, I thought the shortcomings would be more nuanced than this. I haven’t had it long enough to speak to its build quality, but considering the reviews, I’m not expecting much. The remote is really flimsy plastic and doesn’t match the amp aesthetically.
Wanted something I could replace my sound bar and headphone amp for my PC desk setup. Fedora Linux detected the device out of the box. Have a pair of bookshelf speakers and my hd 556s running off this
I purchased this a little over a year ago after reading some reviews about it. So far it is my favorite desktop amp that I have tried. The case and display are nice, and the remote is handy and not too small. I currently use this connected to my TV via Toslink and use it to power a diy sound bar and sub (sub uses the sub out).To my ears the Toslink and Bluetooth connections sound great. The headphone out isn't as good, but is convenient for night time. I wish the equalization had more options than just bass, mid and treble. I also wish I could select an output low pass filter for the sub out, but there is none. The one problem I have had is when I'm using over the air TV as my source, the Loxjie makes regular periodic sound cutouts. Other TV sources do not have this issue to I believe it is my TV and not the Loxjie.
