  • No 7-Day Unconditional Return Policy: Due to steep promotional discounts, 7-day unconditional returns and trial orders are NOT supported for refurbished products. Returns based on cosmetic dissatisfaction, personal sound preference, or change of mind will not be accepted.
  • 1-Month Limited Hardware Warranty: We provide a 1-month (30-day) limited functional warranty covering confirmed hardware defects from the date of delivery. In the event of a verified hardware malfunction, repair or replacement service will be provided. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
